All paintings are mounted on a wooden stretcher by a professional framing company.
There are 2 types of stretcher bars:
- Bars rigidly joined
- Bars with open edges, adjustable with wooden wedges.
All stretcher are fitted with a hanger.
Since we currently ship within Central Europe only, shipment time would vary between 2 to 5 working days.
Currently all our shipments will be handled through SwissPost who do have a cooperation with TNT/FedEx for bigger items.
Normally shipping costs are included in the price.
For very big pieces, shipping costs will be calculated on an individual basis and communicated before purchase. This is communicated accordingly in our shop.
All our paintings are artwork on canvases. So all these canvases are mounted on wooden stretcher bars as shown in the picture below. Every painting is fitted with a system to make it ready to hand on your wall, once you have unpacked it.
All our paintings will be carefully packed, using protection of the edges, wrapping in bubble-plastic and packaged in a box / cardboard wrapping. Additionally we are protecting canvas-side of the painting the with thin plywood or thick cardboard.
So far all paintings have been arriving safely, without any problems.
